Mike O'Shea created FOUNDER in 2023 after a decades long tenure as a senior executive in the institutional real estate private equity industry where he gained unparalleled exposure and expertise in all aspects of investment, development, and operating vertically-integrated businesses. Mike has been a trusted advisor to board of directors, designed and implemented high-impact financial reporting systems, developed and trained critical cross-functional teams, led the restructuring of the 7th largest contractor in New England, oversaw an investment portfolio valued at $6.5 billion, and played a major role in over 40 investment acquisitions valued at $5.3 billion along with 30 equity and debt fundraisings. Mike is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and holds a M.S. in Accounting and B.S. in Business Administration from Babson College.
